About Ads on Wheels

A media network that drives to the audience

We are a Lebanese company building the country's mobile digital out-of-home network: ten identical electric cars, one brand at a time, planned, tracked and proven.

Our vision

Lebanon's streets as the country's most powerful media channel

A national network of moving brand icons that every advertiser can book, measure and trust, with every drive turned into guaranteed brand exposure.

Our mission

  • Put brands where people live, shop, study and celebrate, on routes planned around supermarkets, convenience stores, universities, stadiums, beaches and nightlife.
  • Make every campaign impossible to skip with full wraps, rooftop LED screens, 3D icons and neon that people stop, photograph and share.
  • Prove the results with GPS route logs, QR codes and short links per city and per vehicle, promo codes and A/B lift against markets without a fleet.
  • Keep every brand safe and in control of where it appears, with professional drivers, a clean electric fleet and a live control room.
  • Lower the risk of trying with 60–90 day pilots and clear KPIs before scaling nationally.

Who we are

Built in Beirut for Lebanon's roads

Ads on Wheels S.A.R.L. is a Lebanese limited-liability company based in Beirut. We built one product that media planners can buy like any other channel: ten identical BYD electric sedans, fully wrapped for one brand and crowned with four-sided rooftop LED screens, on the road for seven days.

Every kilometre is planned in advance and logged by GPS. Our control room follows each car live, and every campaign ends with a proof report, so brands and agencies see exactly where their message went.

A Lebanese S.A.R.L.

Registered and operating in Lebanon, invoicing in US dollars with 11% VAT, with agency-ready terms.

An electric BYD fleet

Ten identical electric sedans: quiet, clean and consistent, so your brand looks the same on every car.

GPS proof

Every route is logged: where each car went, when and for how long, turned into a client-ready report.

A live control room

Planned versus actual routes, battery, LED status and traffic-aware rerouting for all ten cars.

Approvals and safety

Tested first, cleared before rollout

Roof screens, 3D icons and neon are new on Lebanese roads. We treat them as engineering, not decoration.

Prototype-tested

Every roof structure is built as a prototype first and tested for wind, vibration, braking, waterproofing and range.

Cleared before rollout

Each structure is cleared with the relevant Lebanese authorities and the insurer before it goes on the fleet.

50 cm maximum

Roof items stay within 50 cm of the roof and inside its footprint, with a low-profile mount.

Brightness and animation rules

Screen brightness and animation follow the applicable rules. Neon is non-flashing, in road-legal colours: no red facing forward, no blue.

Professional drivers

Professional drivers, daily cleaning and checks, and live fleet supervision from the control room.

Questions brands ask

Before you book

Straight answers on approvals, measurement and timing.

Are rooftop screens and 3D icons allowed on Lebanese roads?

Every roof structure is built as a prototype first and tested for wind, vibration, braking, waterproofing and range, then cleared with the relevant Lebanese authorities and the insurer before fleet rollout. Roof items stay within 50 cm of the roof and inside its footprint, and screen brightness and animation follow the applicable rules.

How do you count views?

Each campaign is planned with our route model (people passing each car per hour, by area and traffic level), then verified with GPS logs: where every car went, when, and for how long. Reports show kilometres, hours, areas covered, estimated impressions and reach. QR codes, short links and promo codes add measurable response.

Can we change the creative during a campaign?

LED content can be updated remotely, the same day. Wraps stay for the booked period; multi-week bookings keep the same wrap, which lowers the weekly price.

Which areas do you cover?

Beirut and Greater Beirut every day, with programmed days in Mount Lebanon, Jounieh, Jbeil, Batroun, Tripoli, Damour, Jiyeh and Sidon. Special regional routes are available on request.

Can you brand our own company cars, vans or trucks?

Yes. We wrap your vehicles, add neon logos, rooftop LED screens or 3D icons, and can track them with GPS so you see where your fleet's brand is seen.

What are the payment terms?

New clients pay 50% at booking and 50% before deployment. Accredited agencies receive a net agency rate and, after trading history, up to 30-day credit.
