Case studies

Our first case studies are coming soon

Ads on Wheels is preparing its first campaigns and pilots. We publish case studies only with real data and the client's written approval, so this page will fill with proof, not promises.

What each case study will contain

The same evidence your own campaign report gets

Every published case study follows the structure of the proof report we send to clients: what we set out to do, where the fleet went and what we measured.

Objective

The brief in one line: launch, store traffic, awareness or recruitment, with the KPIs agreed before the first wrap was printed.

Routes

The seven-day route program, the formation used each day and the areas covered across Beirut and the regions.

Kilometres and hours

Fleet kilometres and on-road hours from the GPS logs, planned versus actual, car by car.

Impressions and reach

Estimated impressions and reach from our route model, verified against where and when the cars actually drove.

QR scans and responses

Scans per city QR code, clicks per vehicle short link and promo-code redemptions, by day and by area.

Store lift

Retail sales or visits in fleet markets compared with a control region without the fleet, where the client shares the data.

Proof report

The client-ready report itself: maps, GPS logs, campaign photos and the summary the brand received.

What a campaign report looks like

This is the layout of a proof report. The route table uses our standard week from the business plan; result fields stay empty until a real campaign fills them.

Standard network week from the business plan route strategy. A real report adds actual kilometres and hours per car from the GPS logs.

Maps

Planned and driven routes for each day, with the areas the brand passed most often.

GPS log

Where every car went, when and for how long, exported per car and per day.

Photos and video

Campaign photos of the fleet on the road, plus video and drone footage when booked.

Summary

Results against the KPIs agreed upfront, and a recommendation for the next flight.

Our commitment

Real campaigns, real numbers, published with permission

We will never show invented clients, logos or results. When a case study appears here, it will be based on GPS logs and measured responses, and approved by the brand.

How we publish

  • Client approval first. Nothing is published without the brand's written consent.
  • Measured data only. Kilometres, hours and areas come from GPS logs; responses from QR codes, short links and promo codes.
  • Estimates labelled as estimates. Impressions and reach are model estimates and are always shown as such.
  • Same format every time. Each case study follows the proof-report layout above, so campaigns can be compared.

Start a pilot and make your brand our first case study

A 60–90 day pilot in two or three high-traffic markets, with KPIs agreed upfront and a control region to measure lift.
